Autumn in Patagonia

I love to go down to Patagonia when the crowds from Buenos Aires have left the mountains, the leaves are golden and the air crisp.

That’s when I spend a few weeks in a small cottage with a big dream catcher in front of the bed and take the La Golondrina bus at 9.10am to El Bolsón to work at Jauja.

Sometimes I swim in the ice cold water of the creek, sometimes I just sit outside listening to the sounds of the willows and watching the stars. Nature in this neck of the wood is stunning.
