São Paulo in all its glory
But god have I missed the island
and I don’t realise until we drive along
the coast towards São Sebastião
and I watch the shore of Ilhabela
On the other side
She’s a beauty
and the only thing I can think
Of is how the trail in the rainforest
towards Baepi
is waiting on me
