He stands with his two
feet
on the edge
of a black hole
that might
or might not
lead him to a brighter
side
and I wonder
What makes him take
that step
and sink
into the darkness?
I obsess over it
like with most things
I don’t understand
until I find his answer
To him it is not black
he’s surrounded
by different shades
of blue
and
just like that
do I understand
the urge to dive
into infinity
no matter
the outcome
