Second out was an old favourite: Sweden. There’s actually been four of those trips in total; one in March, June, October and December. Hence your getting the first three trips in one post. Makes life easier.
I tend to stick to the south when I go home, but every once in a while I go north on the train to Stockholm. Below is a mixture of pictures from Österlen (Sweden’s Provence), some of Skåne’s many castles, me canoing on Löddeköpinge å (the Vikings once ruled on this river) and me and my friends celebrating Midsummer on a roof terass on one of the many islands in the capital. Random fact: This season of Swedish TV show: “Stars at the castle” – Where a group of domestic celebrities gather to share life stories – is set here. No famous people when I visited, but a group of people collecting fallen walnuts from the trees in the park…
