Guys I’m getting way into the steak. Yesterday I had this massive piece for dinner and I nearly finished it. Bloody, super tender and just gorgeous. If ever in Carlos Paz, Cordoba, Argentina head to restaurant Pueblo Mio and ask to have it vuelta and vuelta. God, heaven in my mouth.
